Jim Sintic

Owner | Board Director | Investor

Jim Sintic brings a lifetime of passion, leadership, and championship-level experience to the Jackson Lions FC ownership group. The Sintic family has deep roots in Jersey Shore soccer, with a legacy that spans nearly five decades.

Jim’s father, John Sintic, founded the Ocean Township Soccer Club in 1976, helping lay the foundation for organized youth soccer development in the Jersey Shore area. Growing up in this environment, Jim developed both a love for the game and a deep respect for community-based soccer programs.

A standout player in the late 1980s, Jim was an All-Division selection at Ocean Township High School before continuing his playing career at Glassboro State College (now Rowan University). There, he was a member of three New Jersey Athletic Conference Championship teams in the early 1990s, competing at one of the highest collegiate levels in the country

Jim later returned to his roots as a coach, leading Ocean Township United Soccer Associations 2000/2001 boys team from 2007 through 2022. Under his guidance, the team compiled an exceptional career record of 302–87–51, capturing:

    •    3 New Jersey State Championships
    •    3 Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships
    •    2 National Championship Final appearances
    •    10 League Titles

That same core group went on to form the foundation of Ocean Township High School’s historic 2018 squad, which captured all four major championships, including the Shore Conference Championship Tournament, Central Jersey Group 3 Championship, and the overall Group 3 State Championship. The team is widely recognized as one of the Top 20 Jersey Shore high school soccer teams of all time.

As a new owner of Jackson Lions FC, Jim brings a coach’s eye for recognizing talent and developing players, along with a deep commitment to growing the game at the grassroots and semi-professional levels. His vision is to help build a club that strengthens the regional soccer ecosystem, creates meaningful pathways for local players, and establishes Jackson Lions FC as a competitive and respected presence in the NPSL.
